In 2019, Bridget Ross became an official member of C200 Women’s Executive Leadership Organization. This invitation quickly set an empowering course of direction for Ross, who now actively advocates for women’s leadership initiatives.
C200 is a renowned global organization established by women business leaders -- for women business leaders. More than an annual networking event, C200 strives to educate, inspire, advance and celebrate women entrepreneurs and executives. Not confined to one specific industry, the membership roster is both inclusive and diverse.
Bridget Ross is proud to align herself with an organization that shares her professional and personal values. She is particularly passionate about the many initiatives facilitated by C200 for the benefit of rising and established women leaders. Since launching in 1982, C200 has developed a variety of efforts that directly benefit professional women. Notable initiatives include Scholar Awards, Protégé Program for Entrepreneurs, Luminary Awards, University Reachouts, C-Ahead and a partnership with Paradigm for Parity.
Since 2016, Bridget Ross has been involved with Watermark Conference for Women. Aiming to empower and connect with like-minded women, Ross has previously addressed Watermark’s audience.
Watermark is an annual one day conference hosted on the west coast. Since its initial launch in 2015, Watermark has facilitated workshops and seminars led by powerhouse professionals from various industries. Jam-packed with motivational and inspirational opportunities for networking and skill building, Watermark is the largest gathering of its kind in California. Events within the conference focus on a variety of issues that truly matter to women in professional spaces. In particular, Bridget Ross is proud of Watermark’s emphasis on health and work/life balance -- concepts that directly correlate with her advocacy for workplace wellness programs.
